How to Login Bybit account【PC】

1. Go to mobile Bybit App or Website.
2. Click on “Login” in the upper right corner.
3. Enter your "Email" and "Password".
4. Click on “Continue” button.
5. If you forgot password, click on “Forgot Password”.

On the Log-in page, enter your [Email] and password that you specified during registration. Click "Continue" button.

Now you can successfully use your Bybit account to trade.

How to Login Bybit account【APP】

Open the Bybit App you downloaded, click on "Register / Sign in to get bonus" at the home page.

Click on "Log in" in the upper right corner for the Log in page.

Then enter your email address or mobile number and password that you specified during registration. Click "Continue" button. A verification page will pop up. Please drag the slider to complete the verification requirements.

Now you can successfully use your Bybit account to trade

How to reset your password?

Resetting/Changing account password will restrict withdrawal for 24 hours.

Via PC/Desktop

Inside the Log in page, Click on Forgot Password

Enter your accounts registered email address or mobile number and click Next

Enter your new desired password and key in the Email/SMS verification code sent to your email address or mobile number respectively. Click on Confirm.

Via APP

Open the Bybit App you downloaded, click on "Register / Sign in to get bonus" at the home page.

Click on "Log in" in the upper right corner for the Log in page.

a. If you previously registered your account using an email address, proceed to select Forget Password.

b. If you previously registered using a mobile number, select Mobile Login first before selecting Forget Password.

a. For accounts previously registered using email address, key in your email address and select Reset Password to proceed.

b. For accounts previously registered using mobile number, select your country code
and key in your mobile number. Select Reset Password to proceed.

Key in the email/SMS verification code sent to your email address or mobile number respectively. The APP will automatically redirect you to the next page, from there input/create your new desired login password and select Reset Password

3. Click ”Verify Now” under Lv.1 Basic Verification

4. Information required:

1. Document issued by country of origin (passport/ID)
2. Facial recognition screening

• Please make sure the document photo clearly shows the full name and date of birth.
• If you are unable to upload photos successfully, please make sure that your ID photo and other information are clear, and that your ID hasnt been modified in any way.
• Any type of file format can be uploaded.

How to submit a request for Individual Lv. 2

After verification for KYC 1 has been approved, you may proceed with the following steps:

1. Click “Account Security” in the upper right-hand corner of the page

2. Click "Verify Now" in the "Identity Verification" column under "Account Information"

3. Click ”Verify Now” under Lv.2 Residency Verification

4. Document required:

• Proof of residential address

Note:
The proof of address documents accepted by Bybit include:

• Utility bill

• Bank statement

• Residential proof issued by government

Bybit does not accept the following types of documents as proof of address:

• ID Card/driver’s license/passport issued by government

• Mobile phone statement

• Insurance document

• Bank transaction slip

• Bank or company referral letter

• Handwritten invoice/receipt

Once the documents are verified by Bybit, you will receive an email of approval, and can then withdraw up to 100 BTC a day.

How to submit a request for Business Lv.1

Please send an email to [email protected]. Be sure to include scanned copies of the following documents:

1. Certificate of incorporation
2. Articles, constitution or memorandum of association
3. Register of members and register of directors
4. Passport/ID and proof of residency of the Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) owning 25% or more interest in the company (passport/ID, and proof of address within 3 months)
5. Information of one director (passport/ID, and proof of address within 3 months), if different from the UBO
6. Information of the account operator/trader (passport/ID, and proof of address within 3 months), if different from the UBO

Once the documents are verified by Bybit, you will receive an email of approval, and can then withdraw up to 100 BTC a day.
